By initiating a project with us, you agree to the following terms:
All quotations shared are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material selection, scope changes, or market rate fluctuations. Final pricing will be confirmed only after the site visit and design approval.
Designs once approved will be sent for production. Any changes after approval may attract additional charges and delay. Awadh WoodTech retains rights over concept designs until full payment is received.
Delivery timelines are shared at the time of confirmation and depend on site readiness, client coordination, and approvals. We are not liable for delays due to external factors like civil work delays, approvals, or site inaccessibility. Installation is done by trained professionals; however, clients are expected to keep the site clean, accessible, and safe.
To ensure a hassle-free experience, your first two service visits within the warranty period are completely free — covering general fixes, minor adjustments, or inspections.
From the third visit onward, a minimal service charge will be applicable. This helps us maintain high service standards and availability without hidden costs. We're committed to your long-term satisfaction and are always just a call away.
Site must have basic civil readiness: finished walls, flooring, electricity, and access.
Awadh WoodTech is not responsible for damages caused by third-party contractors or ongoing site work.
Safe storage space for delivered material must be provided by the client.
All design concepts, drawings, renders, and branding remain the property of Awadh WoodTech unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
A 20% advance is mandatory to confirm the site visit and block our team's time.
This advance is fully adjustable in the final project cost but non-refundable if the project is canceled by the client after the site visit.
Delayed payments may affect the delivery timeline.
Cancellation before manufacturing: 20% advance is non-refundable.
Cancellation after manufacturing: 60% of the order value will be charged to cover material and labor costs.
No refunds after installation has begun.
